SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Spokane Valley deputies arrested a man they said was waving a realistic-looking BB gun at cars driving across Sprague Ave. and Park Road.
Deputies received reports about the man around noon on Saturday. The caller said the man was at a bus stop and was waving a gun at passing cars, according to a report by the Spokane Valley Police Department.
