TACOMA, Wash. — A man is facing several charges after prosecutors say he set fires that damaged multiple people’s yards in West Tacoma and Fircrest and threatened people at the nearby WinCo on Monday.
Pierce County prosecutors charged 45-year-old Perry Dale Clough on Tuesday with two counts of second-degree arson, two counts of felony harassment involving threats to kill, and one count of third-degree malicious mischief.
