BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Shoppers in Kern County got an early look inside two new Target stores that are set to open in the coming days, including one in southwest Bakersfield and the first one in Delano.
The new stores are located at Panama Lane and Gosford Road, and on Woollomes Avenue in Delano. Both locations will include a Starbucks and a pharmacy inside.
The two stores are expected to add more than 300 new jobs to Kern County.
Delano Mayor Salvador Ruiz was among those who toured the new Delano Target, posing for pictures with store employees.
