Two long-stay pets adopted during St. Pawtrick’s event

The Chautauqua County Humane Society announced that two long-stay animals, Abby and Zelda, have found new homes during the second week of the St. Pawtrick’s Adoption Spotlight. Abby had been at the shelter for 94 days, while Zelda stayed for 122 days before being adopted.

The shelter encourages anyone looking for a pet to visit and speak with adoption counselors to learn about other long-stay residents. More information about the St. Pawtrick’s program and how to get involved is available at chqhumane.org…
