A man in the Town of North Harmony who was charged in an animal cruelty case from last September is facing new charges after two dogs were located on his property. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says it was notified Monday afternoon that 64-year-old Scott Humble possessed the dogs, and a subsequent search warrant executed at his property on Route 394 resulted in the discovery of two five-month-old Keeshonds within a rear kennel. The Sheriff’s Office says a court order issued by the Town of North Harmony in October explicitly prohibited Humble from owning, harboring, or having custody or control of any animals until the current animal cruelty case against him is resolved.
