GIBSON COUNTY, Ind. (WFIE) – The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says they’ve arrested a woman from Haubstadt on charges of OWI.
Just before 1:00 a.m. on March 8, a Gibson County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 2026 Nissan Armada for speeding on U.S. 41 near County Road 925 South, close to Fort Branch.
The deputy said that, as he approached the vehicle, there were several clues showing that the driver may be under the influence of alcohol.
The deputy began a roadside DUI investigation, and afterwards, placed 47-year-old Kimberly Montgomery of Haubstadt, into custody…
