LARWILL – Aiden Baldridge, a senior at Whitko Junior/Senior High School, has completed his business pathway at Whitko Career Academy and is gaining hands-on experience as a bank teller at Crossroads Bank through the Work-Based Learning program. In his role, he assists customers with deposits, payments, withdrawals, and debit card needs, including ordering new cards or troubleshooting issues.
Through his internship, Baldridge has strengthened essential workplace skills, including professional communication with colleagues at other branches, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service by greeting clients warmly and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
