Lancaster man heading to trial after 2-month-old found with bruises, burst blood vessels

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster man charged with seriously injuring a 2-month-old boy in November 2025 is heading to court after waiving his preliminary hearing.

Kindu Quaimaine Pollard, 27, waived his hearing on Feb. 24 and will head to trial after being charged with aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children.

The baby was taken to a hospital with bruises to his face and legs, along with burst blood vessels in his eyes, after being left in the care of Pollard. The police were promptly called to the scene, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office…
