LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — More than 100 apartments could be going in right next to a residential neighborhood on Breckinridge Lane.
In December, Creekside Manor Apartments purchased the land near Breckinridge Lane and Pecunnie Way. In February, the company requested to get the zoning changed from single-family residential to multi-family residential.
