OWOSSO TWP., Mich. (WNEM) – A man has been arraigned following a Shiawassee County shelter-in-place.
Michigan State Police said 37-year-old Steven Lockwood was arrested on March 4 after allegedly being the subject of an assault involving a weapon at Woods and Fields Mobile Home Community in Owosso Township the night prior.
The area was under a shelter-in-place advisory for several hours while police tried to safely get the subject out of a home. When troopers searched the home where Lockwood was believed to be inside, they found it empty and lifted the shelter-in-place.
