MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis-Shelby County Schools teacher was arrested again for violating her bond conditions.
Kelsey Whitmore is currently charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and aggravated stalking.

Judge Sheila Renfroe revoked her bond because Whitmore did not have an ankle monitor placed on her after release, a requirement the judge said both the suspect and her attorney knew about.
