HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – The Coroner’s office has identified the victim of a deadly crash.
According to Horry County Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard on Saturday at 6:30 p.m., 62-year-old David Shipman died when his car hit another car on Highway 90 near Conway.
