WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) — Warwick police and fire responded to the tarmac at T.F. Green Airport early Tuesday morning.
According to Flight Radar information, a Delta flight out of Atlanta was due for a 12:20 a.m. landing, but instead stayed in the air and circled for about 40 minutes before actually touching down.
A Delta spokesperson told 12 News that as a precaution, the flight crew “declared an emergency for priority handling” with air traffic control due to an “indication of an issue with the aircraft’s front landing gear.”…
