SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A bicyclist died following a crash near the Mansion Flats neighborhood in Sacramento.
Before 3 p.m., officers responded to a crash involving a vehicle and a bicyclist in the area of 12th and C streets, according to the Sacramento Police Department.
