CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A 15-year-old Cedar Rapids boy suffered a broken foot, broken fingers, and cuts across his body after a driver struck him while he was riding his e-bike Monday afternoon and left without stopping.
Jacob Redmond had just returned from school and decided to ride around his neighborhood when a car struck him from behind.
