ARLINGTON, Texas — A woman staying at an Arlington hotel was arrested Wednesday after she allegedly made a false report of a shooting to get a quicker response from police, officials said.
Officers responded around 5:30 a.m. to reports of a shooting at a hotel in the 700 block of Six Flags Drive, the Arlington Police Department said in a press release. A woman staying at the hotel reported the shooting, the release states.
