WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — UnityPoint Health has been recognized for the fifth consecutive year as one of the nation’s top places to work in healthcare.
Becker’s Hospital Review named the West Des Moines-based health system to its 2026 list of “165 Top Places to Work in Healthcare.” The publication said organizations on the list distinguish themselves as leading employers by supporting workers through wellness programs, community involvement opportunities and workplace cultures that emphasize balance and connection.
