Police Release Surveillance, Ask Public To Help ID Driver
The Edmond Police Department has shared surveillance stills and a short video clip that they say show the vehicle involved, and they are asking the public for help identifying the person who left the dog. The department said the person may have important information about what happened to the dog or where it came from, per Edmond Police Dept.
