JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) – Arkansas led the nation in farm bankruptcies in 2025, with 33 Chapter 12 filings — nearly double 2024 — according to a report from the American Farm Bureau.
Nationally, 315 Chapter 12 bankruptcy cases were filed in 2025, a 46% increase over the 2024.
