Niche Restaurant, a longtime fixture in downtown Geneva’s dining scene, is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026. Since opening in 2006, Niche has built a loyal following for its inventive cuisine, exceptional spirits program, and elevated dining experience.
Owned by Andrea Redmond & Vince Balistreri, Niche is known for blending modern fusion and classic dishes with meticulous presentation and bold flavor. The restaurant also features one of the area’s most distinctive beverage programs, highlighting fine wines, craft beers, and an acclaimed selection of small-batch bourbon and whiskey. “To reach 20 years is a meaningful milestone for us,” said Vince Balistreri, owner of Niche Restaurant. “We’re grateful to our guests and the Geneva community for their continued support, and we’re excited to celebrate this year while looking ahead to what’s next.”
