PHOENIX — A man is dead after an incident involving a vehicle in Phoenix.
Around 11:21 p.m. on Tuesday, officers were called to the scene near 19th Avenue and Buckeye Road for a crash involving a pedestrian.
When officers arrived, they found a man pinned under a vehicle. Emergency crews quickly responded and removed the man from under the vehicle. He was then taken to the hospital in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead…
