Andrea and Nicholas Loving were formally arraigned Wednesday in Washoe County District Court in connection with the death of their 5-year-old daughter, Izabella Loving.
Appearing before Judge Egan Walker, both defendants pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree murder and child abuse causing substantial bodily harm. The couple was physically present in court for the first time since the case moved to district court.
