SPOKANE, Wash. – Mayor Lisa Brown has ordered flags at all city facilities to be lowered to half-staff on Wednesday. This order aligns with Governor Bob Ferguson’s directive to honor Reverend Jesse Louise Jackson, a renowned civil rights activist.
