ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) – The man accused of severely injuring a woman inside the Capital District Psychiatric Center has been arraigned on attempted murder charges, the Albany County District Attorney’s Office announced.
On March 2, Albany Police responded to the Capital District Psychiatric Center for reports of a violent altercation between two patients.
