A European man will serve prison time for stealing Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card funds from Montgomery County shoppers. Prosecutors said 22-year-old Fabritio Sardaru, a citizen of Ireland and Romania, used skimming devices installed at the checkout counters of various stores to fraudulently duplicate EBT cards.
