The Thrift Boutique, a Dundalk retail store marketing fashion and household goods, has signed a lease with Hill Management Services, Inc. for 3,600 square feet of space within the Golden Ring Business Center, a 135,000-square-foot warehouse/industrial building located at 7110-7130 Golden Ring Rd.
Lazaros Giannos, a Greek-American entrepreneur who immigrated to the United States in 2008, opened the Thrift Boutique after selling clothing, footwear and household goods at affordable prices out of his home garage.
The Thrift Boutique, located at 1589 Merritt Blvd., collects previously used apparel, footwear and other items and resells the goods at the store to help keep waste out of local landfills…
