CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Those who commute to work or school every day may not be surprised to hear that North Carolina is home to some of the worst traffic bottlenecks in the country.
A report by the American Transportation Research Institute investigated the 100 worst bottlenecks for trucks across the country.
