Feds say Venezuelan immigrant took Homeland Security agent’s gun in struggle outside Metro Detroit store

DETROIT (WILX) – Federal prosecutors in Michigan have charged a Venzeuelan immigrant with multiple crimes after he allegedly grabbed a Homeland Security agent’s weapon during a struggle outside of a Metro Detroit grocery store.

In a criminal complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the feds detailed the March 4 incident involving 34-year-old Arnoldo Marquez-Pulido.
