More than two dozen chihuahuas were rescued from a house fire in Pennsylvania, the ANNA Shelter said.
The Erie-based shelter said police contacted them Thursday night after 26 chihuahuas were pulled from a burning home. The fire happened at a house on East Main Street in Hillsville, near New Castle.
In a Facebook post Saturday, the shelter said the dogs were frightened after the fire. Six of them needed immediate medical care.
