Conrad Spa at Conrad Orlando at Evermore (FL) recently revealed new water-based spa and wellness offerings designed to encourage recovery, rest, and rejuvenation. The new treatment menu includes the Mineral Wellness Ritual, which is a bath using eight different minerals that replicate the balance of those found in Florida’s natural springs followed by a massage; Aromatic Flower Bathing, which is a fragrant bath using a blend of botanical aromatics with muscle-easing bath salts; and the Sound Healing Bath, which is a bathing ritual using Himalayan singing bowls in the water to help activate the healing response of the central nervous system, balance neurotransmitters, and relax the mind and body.
