MARIETTA — The Cobb Board of Commissioners has appointed a successor to serve as Cobb County government’s lead attorney, though concerns over the district’s hiring process remain.
In a 3-1 vote, with Commissioner Keli Gambrill opposed and Chair Lisa Cupid absent, the board appointed Debra Blair to the county attorney position Tuesday.
