Man accused of causing animal’s death during burglary at Batavia home

Batavia, N.Y. — A Rochester man faces several charges following a burglary in Genesee County.

Enrique Pellot, 45, was arrested Monday after breaking into a home in Batavia, causing $1,500 in damage and causing the death of an animal inside the home, according to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.
