MARYLAND — More than 10,000 homes and businesses across Maryland are without electricity Wednesday evening, according to the latest outage data.
PowerOutage.us reported that 10,011 customers are without power statewide out of approximately 2.6 million tracked customers. The outages represent about 0.38% of electricity users in Maryland.
Montgomery County had the largest number of outages, with 4,043 customers affected. Howard County followed closely with 3,953 outages, while Frederick County reported 1,767 customers without electricity.
