A 14-year-old girl from Marlborough was arrested and detained by federal immigration agents on Tuesday, according to a civil lawsuit.
The teenager, identified by the pseudonym B.E.S. in the lawsuit, was taken by Homeland Security Investigations agents in a parking lot in Marlborough, according to the lawsuit. The teenager was taken to the city’s police station and then to Boston.
