EUGENE, Ore. – A man with a history of driving offenses is back in custody, according to the Eugene Police Department.
EPD officials said that 31-year-old Andrew Capps of Eugene, was arrested by the Oregon State Police on March 10 and booked into Lane County Jail. Authorities reported that the arrest resulted from a bench warrant issued last November. Capps failed to appear in court for a trial on a felony charge of driving while his license was suspended or revoked. Court records indicate that Capps now faces multiple charges. These include felony criminal driving while suspended, obstructing governmental or judicial administration, and providing false information to police.
