SPOKANE, Wash. — Charles Dickerson Jr., 43, received a 144-month federal prison sentence for trafficking fentanyl at Northern Quest Casino. U.S. District Judge Mary K. Dimke also sentenced him to five years of supervised release following his prison term.
On November 20, 2023, Kalispel Tribal Police contacted Dickerson after reports of drug activity in the casino parking lot. A search of his vehicle revealed over 20,000 fentanyl-laced pills, methamphetamine, cocaine, a simulated firearm, and large sums of cash.
