It’s official: Boyd Gaming has set the opening date for Cadence Crossing Casino in Henderson, its newest casino in the Las Vegas area. The property will open its doors to the public at noon on Wednesday, March 25.
450 Slot Machines, No Table Games at Opening
Located at 920 N. Boulder Highway, right next to the longtime Jokers Wild casino, the venue will first host a preview that will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony and guided tours of the for invited guests, before ushering in the general public.
The gambling venue has been designed as a neighborhood casino meant to serve the fast-growing Cadence community in east Henderson. The development sits within the Cadence master-planned area, which ranked third in the United States in 2025 in terms of new home sales.
The casino will offer more than 450 slot machines along with two restaurants, a central bar, and a lounge area. However, unlike many larger casino resorts in Las Vegas, the property will not include table games when it first opens…
