SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Capital Region staple will soon be found in Market 32 and Price Chopper stores across the Northeast. Allie B’s Mac & Cheese is expanding to 120 stores.
It first appeared in 21 Capital Region stores in February 2025 and quickly expanded to 32 locations by summer. In just one year, the grocery chain said it shipped 34,000 pounds of the mac and cheese dish to keep up with customer demand.
It will now appear in Foodfare departments in six states.

Allie B’s Mac & Cheese was created by Kizzy Williams, the owner and head chef of Allie B’s Cozy Kitchen in Albany. Her restaurant’s dish earned top honors at the annual Mac & Cheese Bowl in 2024 and quickly gained a loyal following. Beyond serving restaurant customers, Williams is dedicated to helping families in need, including feeding thousands on Thanksgiving for the past 12 years.
