Coalmont man indicted in Grundy County fentanyl death case, sheriff says

GRUNDY COUNTY, Tenn. — A Coalmont man has been indicted in connection to a fentanyl-related death in Grundy County, according to the sheriff’s office.

On March 9th, the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office says Troy Cash was indicted by a grand jury on charges of second-degree murder and manufacture/sale/delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance (fentanyl).

An investigation by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office determined that Cash allegedly provided fentanyl to someone, resulting in that person’s death…
