CLEVELAND — An iconic waterfront restaurant in Cleveland’s Flats is preparing to welcome customers again.
Shooters on the Water will reopen Wednesday, March 18, under new ownership after undergoing a full renovation and reimagining of the longtime Flats landmark, according to a news release.
