The Bruce Gallery at PennWest Edinboro will host the opening of Celebrate the Artist: The 17th Annual Michael V. Gmitter Memorial Scholarship Exhibition.
Reception will be held from 5p.m. to 7 p.m. on March 25. Over $4,000 will be presented in scholarships to student artists.
