FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WISH) — One woman is dead and another is injured following a head-on crash in Fort Wayne Thursday.
At about 8:30 a.m., Fort Wayne Police officers responded to a crash in the 2300 block of West Jefferson Boulevard. That about five miles east of I-69 on the west side of Fort Wayne.
