Lanes reopened after crash on I-85S in Greenville

GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) — Officers with the Greenville Police Department said a collision on Interstate 85 near exit 46 closed all southbound lanes and caused significant damage to the roadway.

Details of what may have led to the crash have not been released at this time. However, police reported that all southbound lanes were shut down for hours while crews worked to assess and repair the damage between Laurens and Mauldin Road.

Traffic is back open as of noon…
