WINTER HAVEN, Fla. (WFLA) — The Winter Haven Public Safety Department posted surveillance footage of a shooting on Jan. 30, asking the public for any information about the man seen holding a gun.
A group of around 13 people gathered outside building six of the Abbey Lane Apartments for a group photo, according to police.
