UNION CITY, Mich. — Michelle McGillis saw her life flash before her eyes when she looked outside and saw a massive tornado making its way towards her and her father’s home on Union Lake.
“Honestly I thought i was going to die,” McGillis said. “I told my dad ‘I think that thing just jumped on water dad, we got to start ducking for cover.'”

McGillis watched as the tornado took out home after home on Prairie Rose Lane, until it was on top of them in a matter of seconds.
