A serious collision has left a section of road near Lexington’s airport shut down Wednesday afternoon.
The crash happened around 12:59 p.m. on Versailles Road near Man O’ War Boulevard. Lexington Police Department Lt. Jeff Howard said a car and tractor-trailer towing another collided, sending the driver of the car to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
