LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – Conservation advocates met with Michigan lawmakers Wednesday to push for wetlands and other habitats as bird populations continue to decline nationwide.
Members of Audubon Great Lakes gathered in Lansing to discuss conservation policies and highlight findings from the newly released 2025 State of the Birds report, which shows bird numbers dropping across multiple habitats.
