ATLANTA (CN) — The family of Alasia Franklin, a Kennesaw State University student who was fatally shot, filed a lawsuit Wednesday against the school and its housing management company.
In the complaint filed in Cobb County State Court, the family accuses the university of failing to enforce policies necessary for the safety and protection of its students living at the Austin Residence Complex.
