‘We are not all criminals’: Richmond vape store owners push back against city shutdown operation

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Dozens of Richmond vape and convenience store owners are calling on the city to allow their shuttered businesses to reopen.

Many of them say a city enforcement initiative has unfairly targeted the Yemeni-American community.
