SWANSEA — Gabriel Ruz, CEO of the Ignited Culture cannabis shop in Swansea, said it was news to him when he heard reports that his business was supposedly in foreclosure and up for auction.
“I had no idea about this,” he said in an interview with The Herald News. “I got a call from somebody who does buildouts who said, ‘Hey, are you OK? You’re in foreclosure?’ I said, ‘What are you talking about?’ No idea.”
